PMO - Scrum Master

On this role you will:
  • Define working processes between departments
  • Define working processes between R&D and Product
  • Asist to set the new R&D methodologies in an increasing of R&D department + assist to define the R&D teams
  • Set and own of project management platform + integration to R&D system (Currently TFS)
  • Manage R&D platform (TFS) transformation to Jira or any other solution
  • Find the appropriate solution
  • Manage Cross organizational (not only in Finonex) projects such as: new regulation request, new implementations, Regulations reporting projects
  • Being Scrum master of the company and teaching the teams + make a periodic scrum master from the R&D teams
  • Manage implementation project in the organization
  • Manage new implementation of suppliers and budget platform
  • Responsible for projects progress tracking
  • Perform reports with KPIs
  • Support the R&D routines: such, as periodical meetings
  • Ensure each person on a project team has the access to all materials needed
  • Ensure that projects are planned correctly and that the owner of each deliverable is identified correctly to meet their KPIs and planned deliverables
  • Provide an integrative view and analysis of the various project aspects within the program to enable better decisions making
  • Nurture agile squads, work closely with squads and their leadership to adopt agreed best practices
  • Refine and improve the definition of metrics as the company’s challenges and data evolve
  • Work independently, solve problems and deal with ambiguity
You have:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role (Agile Project Manager / PMO)
  • Experience working in a Tech environment.
  • Experience working with agile project methodology (Scrum, Kanban) and management, and PMO processes (e.g., scheduling, budget management, Risks management)
  • Knowledge & experience in managing and administrating TFS, troubleshooting, and system automation
  • Excel Proficiency - pivot tables, functions, graphs, etc
  • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information System (or equivalent degree).
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Agile certification (SAFe, Professional Scrum Master)
  • Experience working with BI tools
