System Admin

About the role:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive System Admin to join our production team.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining the stability, performance, and availability of our production environments—both on-premises and in the cloud.

In this role you will:
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory and Group Policy Objects in a Windows Server environment  
  • Handle patch management and automate tasks using batch language such PowerShell scripting  
  • Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Mainly SSO, RBAC, and hybrid identity integration  
  • Monitor infrastructure health with PRTG and respond to incidents as part of on-call rotation  
  • Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and group policy issues  
  • Collaborate with R&D, Networking, and 3rd-party teams for effective resolution  
  • Familiar with SIEM solutions and Incident management, mainly Crowdstrike products
  • Understand network elements like VLANs, firewalls, reverse proxies, and VPNs  
  • Support AWS-related tasks with basic knowledge of AWS core services and architecture
You have:
  • At least 3 years of experience managing Microsoft on-premises environments, particularly Active Directory and Group Policy.
  • At least 5 years as an experienced System Admin
  • Proven experience in patching and maintaining Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting for system management and automation.
  • Solid understanding of Azure AD / Entra ID, identity and access management, and SSO configurations.
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as PRTG or similar solutions.
  • Familiarity with reverse proxy technologies and general networking concepts.
  • Basic working knowledge of AWS cloud services.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to perform under pressure in a production environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Willingness to participate in 24/7 on-call support and respond to production incidents promptly.

  • Relevant certifications such as:
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (or higher)
  • Understanding of networking protocols and security best practices.
  • Experience working with reverse proxy servers.
  • Exposure to hybrid cloud infrastructures combining on-premises and cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with CrowdStrike or similar endpoint protection/incident response tools.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and incident/change management workflows
