Senior Product Manager

Finonex, a well-established and stable trading-platform company, is looking for a talented Senior Product Manager to join our Herzliya office.

In this role, you'll help shape the future of our multi-asset trading platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-impact trading experiences in a fast-moving fintech environment.

•  Own the product strategy and roadmap for our trading platform, balancing user needs, market opportunities, and business objectives
•  Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from conception through launch and optimization
•  Collaborate with trading desk, engineering, and design teams to translate complex trading requirements into intuitive product features
•  Drive data-informed decisions through market analysis, user research, and performance metrics
•  Manage stakeholder relationships across trading, technology, and business teams

•  5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in fintech or trading platforms
•  Demonstrated experience in delivering successful digital products at scale
•  Understanding of financial markets and trading concepts (equities, FX, or crypto)
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making approach
•  Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
•  Experience with agile methodologies and product development processes

• Experience with trading platforms
• Background in working with dealing rooms or trading desks
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and crypto markets
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles
• Experience with B2B/B2C financial products
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
