Full Stack Engineer
Herzliya, IL
Finonex is a long-standing, stable trading-platform company, delivering advanced online trading technology to global partners for over a decade.
We're looking for a talented full stack engineer to join our growing team and help build and improve our projects. This is your opportunity to make a real impact.
You'll be joining a collaborative global team of 6 engineers working on a strategic solution that only recently started rolling out, focusing on the next versions while tackling the challenge of scale and quality.
- Own features end-to-end: From database design to business logic to API to UI implementation, you'll be responsible for complete feature delivery.
- Drive technical decisions: Bring your ideas to feature kickoffs, propose solutions, and influence architectural choices.
- Build with modern technologies: Work with React, Node.js, Python, and TypeScript.
- Hit the ground running: Join a project nearing its first delivery milestone and contribute meaningfully from day one.
- Collaborate globally: Work with a distributed team where clear communication and independence are essential.
- 5+ years of professional full stack development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js, Python, JavaScript, Typescript and React.
- Self-driven learner: You research solutions, dig into documentation, and plan ahead.
- Excellent English communication skills for our global team environment.
- Experience with Kafka.
- Background working on CRM systems or similar enterprise applications.
- Cloud platform experience (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
The Ideal Candidate
You're a seasoned engineer who thrives on ownership and loves the challenge of building something from scratch. You're equally comfortable discussing database schemas and debating button placement. You don't need your hand held, but you know when to ask for help. You bring ideas to the table and can defend them, but you're also humble enough to pivot when a better solution emerges. Most importantly, you're excited to get your hands dirty and ship features that users will depend on.
