Customer Relationship Management Team Lead

Finonex, is a well-established and stable trading-platform company.
We are seeking a CRM Team Leader to manage and lead a software engineering team
responsible for a large, on-premise CRM system based on Microsoft Dynamics, which supports
key business processes across the organization.
This position combines people management, technical leadership, and system evolution. The
CRM Team Leader will be responsible for maintaining system reliability while supporting CRM
modernization, cloud migration, and integration with a cloud-based ecosystem.
The role includes direct management of developers based in Israel as well as developers working
remotely from abroad.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a distributed team of software engineers
• Provide day-to-day people management, including feedback, coaching, and performance
reviews
• Own planning, prioritization, and delivery within the CRM domain
• Ensure system stability, performance, and data reliability
• Lead CRM modernization initiatives and large system migrations
• Drive gradual decomposition of legacy CRM systems
• Design and implement integrations with cloud-based services
• Work with technologies such as Kafka and Coralogix
• Apply AI-based capabilities and data-driven solutions within CRM systems
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and other stakeholders
• Balance business requirements with long-term technical improvements
• At least 7 years of professional experience working with .NET and .NET Core
• Previous experience leading engineers as a Team Leader or Senior Engineer
• Proven experience working with large-scale or legacy CRM systems
• Hands-on experience with CRM system migrations
• Experience designing APIs and integrating multiple systems
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures (Kafka) and monitoring/observability tools
(Coralogix) - nice to have
• Experience applying AI or data-driven capabilities in product or platform development
• Experience working with on-premise and cloud environments
• Strong communication skills and a high sense of ownership
• Experience managing distributed or remote teams
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience with CRM modernization and large system migrations
• Background in fintech or regulated environments
