We work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment across Product, R&D, and Customer Experience teams.

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to take broad, end-to-end ownership over cross-functional delivery across the company. This role sits at the intersection of Product, R&D, Customer Experience (CX), and executive leadership, with a strong focus on execution, alignment, and delivery.

 You will bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex, multi-team initiatives, ensuring priorities are aligned, risks are surfaced early, and initiatives are delivered on time with no surprises.

In this role you will:
  • Orchestrate and manage end-to-end delivery of key cross-functional initiatives and projects
  • Design and manage reporting and visibility frameworks for senior leadership, proactively communicating project health, risks, trade-offs, and delivery status to ensure a no-surprises environment
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate cross-functional dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks before they impact delivery timelines
  • Act as the alignment engine between R&D, Product, Customer Experience (CX), Partners, and executive leadership
  • Lead annual and quarterly company planning and roadmap processes, ensuring priorities are technically feasible, resource-aligned, and execution-ready
  • Ensure alignment across teams on priorities, timelines, technical nuances, and delivery commitments
  • Proactively surface issues, unblock stalled initiatives, and drive effective resolutions
  • Bring structure, clarity, and focus to complex, multi-team initiatives
  • Work closely with executive leadership and actively participate in company-wide operational and strategic discussions


You have:
  • 7-10 years of experience in technical program management, project management, product operations, or similar cross-functional roles in a technology-driven company
  • Strong understanding of how high-tech product organizations operate, including R&D, Product, and Customer Experience workflows
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-departmental processes and driving execution in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
  • Ability to deeply understand technical nuances and communicate effectively with engineering teams
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including working closely with senior leadership
  • Hands-on, delivery-oriented mindset with a proactive and assertive yet collaborative approach
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
