We're seeking an experienced Backend Software Engineer to join our R&D team. This role is ideal for a seasoned engineer who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys taking ownership of complex technical challenges.

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you'll be a key technical contributor to our team, working on distributed systems and helping shape our architecture.
You'll be joining a collaborative global team working on a strategic solution that's approaching its first major delivery. But this is just the beginning—new features and versions will continue to evolve, and your contributions will shape the product's future.

You have: - 7+ years of backend software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and Python.
- Working knowledge of Redis and Kafka.
- Experience designing and maintaining distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with multiple database systems, both SQL and NoSQL.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Excellent English communication skills for our global team environment.
- Cloud platform experience (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Kubernetes.
Will be nice that you have: - Experience with React.
- Background working on CRM systems or similar enterprise applications.
