Quality Engineering Team Lead

Finonex, is a well-established and stable trading-platform company.

We are looking for a QA Team Leader to lead quality across the entire R&D organization.

We are looking for a customer-focused quality leader who owns end-to-end quality, drives release excellence, and influences how quality is built into our products.

You will work cross-functionally with R&D, Product, and DevOps, ensuring that quality reflects real user experience and business impact.

Own Quality End-to-End

·      Lead all QA activities across teams (integration, E2E, regression, release validation)

·      Ensure quality reflects user journeys and production behavior

·      Define and enforce quality standards, practices, and acceptance criteria

Drive Quality and Release Excellence

·      Own and Lead QA oversight across the company's release process

·      Provides input & clarity about release readiness, validation flows, and sign-off

·      Manage and mentor the QA Team

·      Build a strong, collaborative, and quality-driven culture

·      Partner with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and leadership

·      Communicate quality risks, trade-offs, and priorities clearly

·      Represent the voice of the customer in quality decisions

Shape the Future of QA (AI-Oriented)

·      Drive adoption of AI-agentic approaches in QA

·      Introduce AI-assisted test generation, analysis, and reporting

·      Improve efficiency and insight through smart automation and data

·      3+ years of managerial experience

·      Proven experience as QA Lead / QA Team Lead / Head of QA / Quality Engineering Lead

·      Experience working across multiple teams and complex systems

·      Strong understanding of release processes and delivery cycles

·      Experience building or improving QA processes at scale

Technical Understanding (Hands-on not required)

·      Solid understanding of automation frameworks and testing strategies

·      Experience with CI/CD, test environments, and quality gates

·      Understanding of API, integration, and E2E testing

·      Familiarity with modern architectures (microservices, cloud, containers)

·      Proven track record of adopting, embedding and leveraging AI in the Quality domain
