In this role you will:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Be in charge of the employer branding campaign, such as employee referral programs and recruitment marketing.
  • Build strong hiring pipelines for R&D and product teams, while supporting hiring for additional departments.
  • Own the candidate experience, maintaining professionalism and responsiveness throughout the process.
  • Manage the Comeet ATS platform, job postings, user access, and reporting.
  • Monitor and manage the recruitment budget.
  • Work with local and global sourcing vendors and partners.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to improve recruitment effectiveness.
  • Initiate and lead improvements in recruitment processes and strategies.
You have:
  • 4- 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, including hands-on hiring for R&D and Product roles.
  • Vast experience with employer branding campaign, such as employee referral programs and recruitment marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the tech hiring landscape, especially for high-quality talent in development and product.
  • Proven experience working with Comeet Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Ability to manage budgets and optimize recruitment spending.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in recruitment reporting and KPIs.
  • Ability to run multiple projects in parallel, including recruitment campaigns and branding.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
