We are looking for a R&D Team Leader to join our R&D department.

In this role, you will be leading 2 -3 teams of software engineers and QA.

You will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and execution of backend architecture and technological stack across our products , manage high-performing team of engineers, set the technical direction, and drive innovation.

Work closely with product, business, engineering, leadership teams and other stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge solutions while maintain the integrity and scalability of our backend infrastructure.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field. 

-At least 2 years of professional experience in backend development using C#. 

-At least 1 year of professional experience in backend development using one of the following (Node.js,Java,Python etc')
