Customer Success Turkish speaker

About the role:

We are looking for a talented Customer success Turkish speaker to join our Customer experience department.

The Customer success will be responsible for leading end-to-end projects and delivering them to all relevant internal and external applications. 

As a Customer success you will act as the focal point of each release, participate in all agile metrologies and work closely with key parties in the company to ensure best practice. 

On this role you will:

·        Accompany all agile stages end to end 

·        Manage, audit and process the release notes of each release 

·        Receive all new development requests and follow until they are delivered to the client 

·        Train IBs for new features and products released 

·        Be in charge of all post-release customizations 

·        Represent the voice of the customer within other departments in the company, to provide valid input 

·        Work closely with product, R&D, support and CS teams 

You have:

·        Up to 3 years’ experience as a CSM / Project Manager 

Turkish Level - highly proficient in spoken and written - Must

·        English level – highly proficient in spoken and written English – Must

·        Superior knowledge of software and product development life cycles- Advantage  

·        Experience in driving customer-facing projects 

·        Excellent client-facing, presentation and internal communication skills 

Will be nice that you have:

·        Previous experience in Fin-Tech/Online Company
